If "You Plant"
Plants sold at retail prices and not installed by Saunoris Nursery carry a one-year, 50% guarantee on the amount of purchase. Delivery charges are not guaranteed. One time replacement only! Sales receipt and dead plant(s) are required. No cash refunds! All adjustments are in the form of credit. Replacement plants may be picked up at the garden center for your convenience. Size and availability of replacement are not guaranteed.
If "We Plant"
Let our expert staff install your valuable purchase and recieve our 100% guarantee.
That means if a piece of plants material dies within one year from the date of installation, we will replace those items regardless of the current market price. That means no additional out of pocket expenses to you. Size and availability are not guaranteed. If the exact size is not available, then the cost of the dead plant and labor paid for the installation can be applied to other material in our yard.

Exceptions to Above Guarantee
No guarantee if the plant dies from theft, vandalism, lack of proper maintenance, or act of god.
No guarantee on roses, annuals, perennials, ground covers, grasses, or water plants.
